Eric's Adventures: Fun for a 10 Month Old

Today Eric turned 10 months old.  Every day he becomes more and more active. Not only does he pull himself up to standing position with a little help from the sofa and other furniture numerous times daily, but he also loves to go exploring the house, looking for fun new things to play with.
Having papi home, he has found some fun new things to play with: papi's crutches.  Some things that make noise really scare Eric, like when I crush the plastic water bottles before throwing them into the recycle bin, but other things that make noise attract him. The crutches are a good example.  As soon as he hears them, he turns around, quickly catching up to them and trying to grab ahold of them.  Right now he is much quicker than his papi, too, so it's that much easier to do.
Another thing that makes noise and attracts Eric is the vacuum cleaner.  Whenever I try to vacuum the floor, Eric comes scooting along after me, trying to catch it.  He laughs if I try to "get him" with it.

Whenever we move around the house, Eric likes to follow us.  That includes when we go to the bathroom, and when we take showers.
Despite the fact that he gets a bath every night before bedtime, he tries to take showers whenever we do too.  He starts off by playing with any water that might splash out of the shower.
Then, little by little, he tries to slowly creep into the shower with us.
Eventually he gets right in, and takes a shower with us.
Every day Eric finds himself new adventures all over the house.  He especially likes to do whatever he sees us do, and he loves the water.
